Do you want to work in the business world? This program has been designed for students who wish to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge needed to work in different business sectors including office administrator, receptionist, junior personal assistant, customer service advisor and more.

Students will learn a range of subjects including communication, design and produce text documents, create electronic presentations, maintaining financial records, working with others and managing work priorities.

There are no formal pre-requisites for this certificate. However, we recommend applicants considering the qualification to have sound language, literacy, numeracy and computer skills.
