Assessments are made against units of competency from the Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology ICT30115.
  • Provide basic system administration (ICTSAS304)
  • Utilise a knowledge management system (BSBINM302)
  • Operate application software packages (ICTICT203)
  • Connect internal hardware components (ICTICT303)
  • Review and maintain a website (BSBEBU401)

Tech Savvy for Small Business courses are only available to eligible students who live or work in NSW and meet the standard criteria.
To be eligible for the program you must meet one of the eligibility criteria listed below.

I am an owner of a small business

A small business is defined as a business with:

• 20 employees or less; or
• an annual turnover of less than $2,000,000.

I am an employee of a small business:

• 20 employees or less; or
• an annual turnover of less than $2,000,000.
