Assessments are made against units of competency from the Certificate III in Hospitality SIT30622.
- Provide responsible service of alcohol (SITHFAB021)
- Provide responsible gambling services (SITHGAM022)
- Provide First Aid (HLTAID011)
- Participate in safe food handling practices (SITXFSA006)
Five day course to learn the skills and gain the certificates you need to work in hospitality.
