Enrolment
Please follow these simple steps to enrol in the courses that interest you.
Three Simple Steps
- Select the Course you wish to enrol in.
- Decide which enrolment method would best suit you.
- Make the enrolment.
Once the enrolment is successfully completed, you will recieve a course confirmation and payment receipt, either by email, sms, or post, depending on your instruction during the enrolment process.
Turn up to class on the day your class is scheduled to commence.
Note: We will contact you should there be a change in course schedule so do ensure to provide accurate and current contact details during enrolment. Should you encounter any problem while making the enrolment please either email info@tlkcc.com.au or contact us on 02 4353 0017 during business hours and we will gladly assist you through.
1. Select the Course you wish to enrol in
All courses offered by TLK Community College can be found in the Courses menu, and are clearly categorised for easy selection. They are also listed in alphabetical order under Courses -> Course Index
Select the relevant Category to see the list of courses that are available for enrolment. These courses have the “Enrol Now” button next to them.
Ensure to read carefully the Course Description, and Course Requirements by clicking on the link “more”, also our general Terms and Conditions before enrolling.
2. Decide which enrolment method would best suit you
Enrolment can be made by the following methods:
1. Online
2. Fax
3. Mail
4. Phone
5. Walk In
6. Purchase Order
A valid Visa or Master Card is required for online enrolment. Cheques and Cash are accepted for all other enrolment methods, however you are not confirmed in the course until payment is received.
3. Make the enrolment
Online
Click on the “Enrol Now” button next to the relevant course and follow the prompt. The enrolment is completed instantly, course confirmation and payment receipt will be automatically forwarded to you via email or sms shortly after the enrolment is completed.
By Fax
Download and Complete the enrolment form.
Fax it to 02 4353 5960.
Your enrolment is usually processed within 24 hours. Course Confirmation and Payment Reciept will also be emailed or sms to you within that time frame, 3 days if by post.
We will contact you should there be any problem with your enrolment application. eg in the case the course has been filled or had a schedule change.
Mail In
Download and Complete the enrolment form.
Should you wish to pay by cheque, please have your name, the course name, course start date and location clearly written on the back of the cheque. Attach the cheque to your enrolment form.

Purchase Order
Organisations who wish to pay for course fees on behalf of a student may fax, post or email a purchase order, accompanied by a completed enrolment form for the student.
An invoice and course confirmation will then be issued.
