CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry

This unit is the unit of competency for white card training. White card training is needed for anyone who works on or visits a construction site. Onsite workers and supervisors need to complete this unit of competency, CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry. The requirements also applies to vendors, inspectors and anyone works regularly on construction sites.

The purpose of the training is to prepare students to deal with the most common hazards in a construction setting. The course combine theory and practical training to give students the skills needed for assessing the safety of a job site or task.

You will need to provide a USI (Unique Student Identification) number on enrolment in this class. You can create your own USI on your SmartPhone, Tablet or Computer at: http://usi.gov.au/create-your-USI/Pages/default.aspx
